Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Manufacturing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficient use of resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the cabinet industry
