Key Responsibilities:
This role involves welcoming incoming calls and scheduling appointments for our services. You will assist customers in a consistently professional, friendly, and prompt manner, ensuring accurate information is conveyed to both external and internal clients while utilizing scripts and other resources to secure appointments for our technicians.
- Respond to all calls with urgency and professionalism
- Consistently meet customer needs during call handling
- Achieve call center goals regarding appointment setting
- Utilize existing tools, scripts, and systems effectively to book appointments
- Adhere to departmental procedures to maintain high sales standards
- Log into systems promptly
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction with technician services
- Verify invoices to confirm accurate payment and information entry by technicians

Qualifications:
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED
