- Administer add, move, and change requests from end users
- Monitor, assign, and update user requests in global Helpdesk system
- High School Graduate with 2 years related work experience
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- On-call availability
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and to handle other computer components
- Occasional inspection and installation of cables in floors and ceilings
- Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals

- Flexibility to support a 24/7 hours operation
