  • Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems
  • Administer add, move, and change requests from end users
  • Monitor, assign, and update user requests in global Helpdesk system
Requirements
  • High School Graduate with 2 years related work experience
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • On-call availability
  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and to handle other computer components
  • Occasional inspection and installation of cables in floors and ceilings
  • Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals
