Position Title: Head of Client Success Management - SaaS Solutions in the Colocation Sector

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 + Performance Bonuses + Comprehensive Benefits

As they grow, they are looking for a proactive and motivated Head of Client Success Management to enhance their operations.

Role Summary:

In the capacity of Head of Client Success Management, you will be instrumental in defining the customer journey, ensuring contract renewals, and spearheading upsell strategies. This position demands a confident leader adept at navigating complex discussions with clients, guiding them toward optimal and personalized solutions. You will need to balance client expectations with the practicalities of product offerings, ensuring beneficial outcomes for both the customer and the organization.

Key Duties:

  • Client Relationship Development: Establish and nurture robust relationships with enterprise clients, particularly those managing high-value contracts.
  • Challenging Dialogues: Engage confidently in difficult conversations with clients to advocate for the best use of products and optimizations.
  • Tailored Solutions: Recognize that standard solutions may not suffice—assess client requirements and propose customized options that exceed typical offerings.
  • Contract Renewals & Upselling: Drive the renewal of contracts and identify opportunities for upselling, utilizing your comprehensive understanding of client needs and the SaaS product.
  • Commitment to Learning: Maintain a strong desire to learn, delving into the specifics of each client's environment and how the product can best meet their requirements.
  • Adaptability in Strategy: While a successful strategy exists, you should be open to learning and adapting to new methods that best serve each unique client.
  • Industry Knowledge: Leverage your experience in selling customized solutions and your understanding of enterprise client dynamics to achieve outstanding results.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Demonstrated success in a client-facing role, preferably within the SaaS or colocation sectors, with experience managing substantial contracts and enterprise clients.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for managing and resolving intricate client challenges.
  • Approach: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and adapt.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce and a background in selling tailored solutions are beneficial but not mandatory.
