Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at DaVita Inc. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will deliver high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease in an outpatient dialysis setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered goals.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.

Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the United States.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) from an accredited nursing program.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a dialysis setting or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
