Job Summary

The Bilingual Patient Support Worker will provide exceptional customer service to patients/clients, visitors, and callers, assessing their needs and triaging as necessary. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and register new patients/clients, collecting and verifying demographic and insurance information
  • Manage scheduling for all disciplines, including medical, dental, and behavioral health
  • Collect patient/client copays and outstanding balances, reconciling deposits and forwarding to billing in a timely manner
  • Support supervisor in monitoring office supplies, lab supplies, and educational literature
  • Pursue and utilize available insurance trainings and staff development opportunities

Requirements

  • High School diploma and one year of progressively responsible work experience
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and office equipment
  • Valid Driver's License
