Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to join our team in Southeastern Florida. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and driving market penetration with existing accounts, while actively pursuing new customers and developing new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architecture and design firms, contractors, and facility end users
- Present products and services to architects, interior designers, and other key decision-makers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven sales experience in the construction or building products industry
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
