About the Role

The **Client Relationship Specialist** will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the financial services industry. This is a client-facing position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Satisfaction and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention, including identifying trending topics and applying them to unique client needs.
  • Continual Campaign Enhancement: Strengthen campaigns with a deep understanding of each client's audience and goals, and provide thoughts and input that will synergize the relationship between our agency and the client.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales and business development experience in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to work independently and set own goals.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think on feet and handle quick problem-solving.
