We are on the lookout for a skilled Lead Process Engineer to join our forward-thinking organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, execution, and enhancement of various chemical processing systems. Collaborating with a diverse team of engineers and skilled tradespeople, you will identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and safety across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply scientific, mathematical, and engineering principles to address challenges and optimize processes
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet organizational objectives
  • Conduct investigations and refine production methodologies
  • Work in partnership with cross-disciplinary teams
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing industrial systems
  • Knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulations
  • Proficiency in chemical process simulation software
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
