Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Lee Kum Kee. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with our foodservice customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including colleges and universities, to drive sales and increase market presence.
  • Conduct market analyses to identify customer needs and develop sales plans to meet those needs.
  • Represent Lee Kum Kee at trade association meetings, food shows, and other industry events to promote our products and build brand awareness.
  • Deliver sales presentations to key accounts to maintain relationships and negotiate and close deals.
  • Evaluate new market segments to develop sales strategies and market plans.
  • Responsible for product and service development to meet market needs.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and sales transactions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and budgets to top management.
  • Monitor and evaluate competitor activity and products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the food industry.
  • Experience in calling on colleges and universities and foodservice distributors is preferred.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently in cross-functional teams to meet set goals.
  • Valid driver's license.

Language Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.

Mathematical Skills:

  • Able to apply mathematical concepts to compute rates, discounts, percentages, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Able to define problems through data gathering and analysis, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Able to interpret an extensive variety of technical sales instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Work Environment:

  • The noise level in the work environment is light to moderate.
  • The position is often in office settings, traveling or at customer/user sites.
  • The position requires extensive travel to meet business needs, with at least 50% or more of the time conducting customer visits in the field.
