Receptionist Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Howden Group Holdings.
About the Role
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients, guests, and employees, providing exceptional service and support. They will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, and ensuring a positive and professional experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and employees, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and coordinate outgoing mail and courier services.
- Schedule and manage conference room bookings, and assist in setting up for meetings. - Maintain office inventory and place orders for office supplies when needed. - Keep track of employee attendance and process all leave requests. -
- Coordinate with building management for any facility-related issues. - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all company and client information.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of front desk or receptionist experience. - Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills. - Multi-tasking ability and attention to detail. - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
