Position Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to support our client in the North Hollywood area. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in human resources. This position offers a competitive hourly wage and is scheduled for the first shift, with working hours from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide prompt assistance to client inquiries, collaborating with the HR team to ensure all issues are addressed and escalated as necessary (including timecard adjustments, SAP system inquiries, leave management, status modifications, separations, and related documentation).
• Serve as a primary user for various payroll systems, managing SAP HR transactions such as onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, workflow forms, and both regular and ad hoc reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with the Timekeeper team to resolve payroll discrepancies and work closely with HRIS to rectify SAP issues, ensuring the accuracy of employee information.
• Process changes in employee data, promotions, timekeeping actions, and termination documentation.
• Familiarize yourself with HR policies and practices to effectively respond to employee inquiries regarding Payroll, Benefits, Work/Life balance, Employee Perks, PTO, and Company Policies.
• Maintain and revise job descriptions for various client groups.
• Provide backup support for the HR team and assist in additional areas as required.
• Uphold a high level of confidentiality and discretion regarding all matters, data, and documents due to access to sensitive information.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
