Human Resources Coordinator Job Description

Elderwood at North Creek is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Source, interview, and onboard new candidates through our Applicant Tracking System. Maintain accurate and timely submission of weekly open positions reports.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Ensure timely distribution of benefits information to eligible employees, monitor pending enrollments, and provide follow-up to verify completion. Accurately enter employee information and maintain ongoing maintenance in ADP HRIS.
  • Employee Relations: Triage employee concerns and issues, ensuring consistent application of policy and procedures. Maintain disciplinary log and drive facility recognition and retention programs.
  • Unemployment and Workers Compensation: Ensure timely response to claims, verify termination data, and represent the company in UI and WC hearings when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration or Business degree preferred; PHR Certification preferred.
  • Training or experience in human resources processes required.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills necessary.
  • Valid State Drivers License and clean driving record required.
