About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in Junction City, Oregon. As a Residential Associate, you will be part of a direct care team serving adults with serious mental illness. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions, performing housekeeping, preparing meals, administering medication, and keeping accurate clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for adults with serious mental illness
  • Perform housekeeping and meal preparation duties
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with the direct care team to provide comprehensive support services
Requirements
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds
