Job Summary

The Residential Associate will provide direct care and support to adults with serious mental illness, promoting their recovery and well-being in a secure and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
  • Perform housekeeping and prepare meals
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with the direct care team to ensure high-quality care and services

Requirements

  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds
