About the Role

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our team at Madrone Ridge, a Secure Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF) in Junction City, Oregon.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic individual to support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for adults with serious mental illness. As a Mental Health Professional, you will be part of a direct care team, working closely with clients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for adults with serious mental illness
  • Perform housekeeping, prepare meals, administer medication, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Work collaboratively with the direct care team to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Must be eligible for QMHA registration, which requires one of the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field
  • Minimum three years of verifiable behavioral health experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs in a supervised setting
  • Equivalent combination of behavioral science education and satisfactory supplemental behavioral health experience and training
