Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and empathetic individual to support adults with serious mental illness in a secure residential setting. As a Residential Associate or Personal Care Associate, you will be part of a direct care team responsible for providing life skills development, therapeutic interventions, and personal care services.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
- Perform housekeeping and prepare meals
- Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in behavioral health or caregiving preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Oregon driver's license and safe driving record required
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly wage ($22.00 per hour starting wage, DOE/Credentials)
- Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential
- 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates
