About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in Junction City, Oregon.

Job Summary:

The Residential Associate will provide direct care and support to adults with serious mental illness in a secure residential treatment facility. This is a part-time, day shift position, working Friday through Monday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for clients
  • Perform housekeeping and prepare meals
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with the direct care team to provide comprehensive care and support

Requirements:

  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 pounds
