Job Summary:

The Residential Care Specialist will provide direct care and support to adults with serious mental illness in a residential setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
  • Perform housekeeping and prepare meals
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with the direct care team to provide comprehensive care and support

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Residential Assistant (RA), Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA), Residential Counselor, Skills Trainer, or Caregiver for a client with behavioral health needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Friday through Monday, 7:00am - 3:30pm (Part Time, Day)
  • Wednesday through Saturday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm (Part Time, Swing)
