At Golden Corral, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating lasting impressions on our guests, from the moment they enter to the moment they leave.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets guests warmly and offers a personalized invitation to return.
  • Provides assistance to guests who need help, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Processes GC On the Go To-Go orders with accuracy and speed.
  • Handles payments with precision and courtesy.
  • Knows and follows position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
  • Has a thorough knowledge of our menu and prices.
Cleanliness and Operational Excellence:
  • Maintains organization and cleanliness at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
  • Ensures the buffet is set up properly and labels are correct.
  • Follows local health department laws and regulations.
  • Informs the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery.
  • Ensures drawer balances with daily paperwork.
