Key Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for service parts inquiries via phone and email.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to parts availability and shipments.
- Maintain effective communication with dealers and customers to build strong relationships.
- Manage a high volume of inquiries while ensuring timely follow-up on orders and backorders.
- Document customer interactions accurately to facilitate case analysis and tracking.
- Support the logistics team with freight cost evaluations and claims processing.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or service-oriented field.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive approach to conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
