Job Description

OneDay Roofing Llc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with pre-qualified prospects and delivering our proven sales presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage and interact with customers daily to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Attend Sales trainings and coaching camps on a weekly basis to stay up-to-date on our products and services.
  • Foster team building and provide mentorship to fellow colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience from presentation through installation, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our products and services.
  • Assist customers through the Roofing buying process from start to finish, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
Qualifications:
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, integrity, and unwavering determination to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Naturally adept at building relationships and skilled in articulating thoughts and ideas to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure success.
