Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Managers to execute email marketing campaigns and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Manage and maintain our website content through a Content Management System (CMS), ensuring that our digital presence is optimized and aligned with best practices.
  • Work closely with our digital marketing team to oversee paid digital media campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), lead generation, and email marketing.
  • Develop and maintain our social media presence, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing Teams to develop multi-channel programs and marketing communications strategies that drive business growth, including event marketing, content creation, and lead generation activities.
  • Measure and report the performance of digital campaigns, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing or marketing communications roles, with a strong preference for professional services marketing experience.
  • Strong understanding of website metrics and best practices.
  • Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing.
  • Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage the development and production of creative resources to ensure creative concepts are adhered to and schedules are met.
  • Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results.
  • Travel may be required in accordance with business needs.
