Position Details:
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, Day and Night Shifts (15% Night Differential)

Compensation:
$25 - $35 Hourly, Depending on Experience

Location:
Austin, TX

Travel Requirements:
This role requires 100% travel. We welcome both local candidates and those willing to travel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize electromechanical expertise to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Install LAM OEM Equipment.
- Engage in site safety initiatives to foster a zero-hazard environment.
- Build and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting detailed electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Adhere to all site fabrication protocol requirements.
- Operate test equipment, including various meters and hand/power tools.
- Maintain consistent attendance and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Follow directions from supervisors and complete additional tasks as assigned.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, be energetic and enthusiastic, and show a strong desire to learn and excel. They should be capable of reading engineering drawings and electrical diagrams and have basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office Suite).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge in mechanics and electronics.
- Eagerness to acquire new hands-on skills and adapt to a fab/clean room environment.
- Ability to use hand tools, meters, and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Previous experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
- AS/BS degree or equivalent military experience.
- Willingness to travel for extended periods as required.
