We are currently seeking Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Engineers to service and maintain semiconductor machinery within a controlled cleanroom setting.

This is a long-term, full-time opportunity that comes with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and holidays.


Compensation:
$30-33/hr.


We are looking for meticulous individuals with a background in technical and mechanical fields, who possess a strong work ethic and are eager to embark on a career path that offers significant growth and advancement opportunities.

Willingness to travel extensively is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site service and repair of semiconductor processing equipment
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues
- Maintain necessary records and reports
- Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and clients to minimize equipment downtime
- Order and install necessary parts
- Respond to urgent service requests as needed
- Train customer operating technicians on system functionality and maintenance
- Implement upgrades and modifications to equipment as required
- Stay updated on equipment/tools through relevant training and materials
- Ensure the maintenance and security of company assets, including vehicles and tools
- Uphold standards of conduct that align with both PSS and customer expectations to maintain site credentials

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment is required
- Strong customer interaction skills are essential
- Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with relevant tools are necessary
- Comprehensive understanding of technical issues related to equipment maintenance, repair, and installation is required
- Must be open to extensive travel

Physical Requirements:
- Job responsibilities may involve working in confined spaces, awkward positions, and elevated areas within a cleanroom environment
- Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift/carry objects up to 35 pounds are necessary
- May require bending, stooping, crawling, or climbing

- Use of personal protective equipment and adherence to safety protocols is essential when dealing with hazardous elements or conditions.

Occasional overnight travel for training and customer engagements may be necessary.
