As an Industrial Hygiene Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement industrial hygiene programs to identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices
  • Lead and advise on qualitative exposure risk assessment reviews and processes
  • Measure, audit, and evaluate the effectiveness of hazard control elements
  • Evaluate regulatory compliance associated with industrial hygiene safety programs and policies
  • Manage IH engineer/technician work scopes and plans related to health and safety

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's of Science degree in chemistry, engineering, industrial hygiene, safety, or closely related discipline
  • At least 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing industrial hygiene programs
  • Strong customer engagement experience
  • Certified Industrial Hygienist required or ability to obtain within 2 years from hire
  • CSP certification is a plus
