We are currently seeking Semiconductor Equipment Service Specialists to perform maintenance and servicing of semiconductor machinery within a controlled cleanroom setting.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity that comes with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and holidays.

Compensation: $30-33/hr.

We are looking for meticulous individuals with a strong technical background and mechanical skills, who are eager to embark on a career path that offers significant growth and advancement potential.
Willingness to travel extensively is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site servicing and repairs of semiconductor processing equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and clients to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Order and install necessary parts.
  • Respond to urgent service requests as needed.
  • Train customer technicians on system operation and maintenance.
  • Implement upgrades and modifications to equipment as required.
  • Stay updated on equipment and tools through training, manuals, and industry publications.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and security of company assets, including vehicles and tools.
  • Adhere to professional conduct standards to maintain credentials for client site access.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment is required.
  • Strong customer service skills are essential.
  • Mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using relevant tools are necessary.
  • Comprehensive understanding of technical issues related to the maintenance, repair, and installation of company equipment and procedures is required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively is a must.
Physical Requirements:
  • Job responsibilities may involve working in confined spaces within a cleanroom environment, in awkward positions, or at heights.
  • Must possess mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • May require bending, stooping, crawling, or climbing.
  • Compliance with safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment may be necessary when dealing with hazardous materials or conditions.
  • Occasional overnight travel to training facilities and client locations may be required.
