Position Overview:

Accountable for delivering and coordinating assistance to management on strategic business projects, including planning, prioritization, and execution. Directs and cultivates a team to tackle urgent business challenges. Guides and mentors teams to recognize, manage, and escalate risks effectively within the teams you supervise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offers logistical support and leadership for various initiatives aimed at establishing strategic direction and ensuring business alignment. Engages in business unit performance assessments and process evaluations.
  • Provides comprehensive guidance and support to the leadership team in defining, prioritizing, pursuing, and monitoring significant initiatives.
  • Analyzes and interprets data regarding business performance. Oversees and enhances business outcomes.
  • Facilitates strategy formulation teams in addressing critical business challenges.
Essential Qualifications

At a minimum, we require:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in Finance, Marketing, Operations, general business management, or a related field.
  • In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Finance, Marketing, Operations, general business management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in Finance, Marketing, Operations, general business management, or a related field.
Compensation:
The base salary for this role typically ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,000. Additional incentives may be included as part of a competitive total compensation package. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may influence the salary for this position.
