In this role, you will provide strategic and tactical guidance for operational functions to support the business. You will ensure efficient and compliant service operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will proactively manage and escalate risks and customer-related issues that arise in your daily responsibilities to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business partners on process improvements, communicate operational impacts, and propose alternatives that may achieve similar goals with more favorable operational outcomes (e.g., reduced costs, decreased complexity). Commit to the strategies chosen by leadership and spearhead their implementation.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives that support business partner objectives across the organization, ensuring that operational expectations for timeliness, quality, and efficiency are met in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor service quality levels, identify opportunities for enhancement, and work alongside operations to elevate service standards.
  • Develop necessary remediation strategies and ensure their prompt execution.
  • Manage relationships with business partners and oversee system-related projects from conception to execution.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business partners and operations teams for service processes.
  • Ensure that robust operational processes and procedures are established and documented.

Minimum Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services Operations, or a related area.
  • Alternatively, 8 years of relevant experience in applicable lines of business (Deposits, Personal Loans, Student Loans) or related fields may substitute for a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are desirable:

  • Experience in budget management, showcasing proficiency in financial planning and data analysis to derive valuable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A self-starter attitude.
  • A Master's Degree in Business, Arts, Sciences, or a related field.

Compensation:

The base salary for this role typically ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,000. Additional incentives may be part of a competitive total compensation package. Various factors, including geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level, may influence the compensation for this position.
