About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team at Arc Worldwide. As a key member of our account management team, you will play a critical role in driving client success and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client objectives.
    • Manage client feedback and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
    • Lead client review meetings and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Creative Development:
    • Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative and effective marketing strategies that drive client results.
    • Provide business insights and market research to inform creative briefs and campaign development.
    • Collaborate with the strategy team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to allocate resources and manage project timelines.
    • Monitor project budgets and ensure effective cost management.
  • Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business growth and development.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving client growth and success.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
