Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to meet client needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support client relationships and business growth.
  • Provide strategic planning and consulting advice to clients, including Requests for Proposal and vendor analysis.

  • Coordinate market selection for new and renewal business on designated accounts.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cross-selling and negotiation of program terms and costs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in business services, preferably in the insurance brokerage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft.
  • Ability to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of time.
