We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Community Health Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets and assists visitors, vendors, and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Operates a switchboard to route incoming calls and places outgoing calls as needed.
  • Sorts and distributes mail, and arranges transportation services when required.
  • Works under immediate supervision and relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
  • Reports to a supervisor or manager and typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in the field.
