Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Community Warranty Manager to join our team at Taylor Morrison. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our homeowners, ensuring their warranty needs are met with timely, efficient, and professional support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to homeowners, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Manage and coordinate warranty service requests, including data entry, scheduling, and communication with subcontractors.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Taylor Morrison Warranty Program and Homeowner Maintenance requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of homeowner concerns.
  • Perform accurate assessments of service requests, answer warranty questions, and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors to perform warranty service repairs in homeowners' homes.
  • Manage escalated customer calls, documenting, following up, and working to assure closure on every claim.
  • Provide weekly tracking of outstanding warranty work orders to the CWM's and update as required.
  • Process check requests for building permits and prepare permit submittals and applications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Customer Service department.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 18 months of current or recent experience in a customer service-related position.
  • 1 year of experience in residential construction preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Computer skills and ability to adapt to company systems.
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Problem-solving ability and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to travel locally to meet with homeowners.
