About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill the position of Outside Sales Representative at Soar Agency Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for working primarily in their assigned sales territory, meeting with small and medium-sized business owners and decision-makers to offer top-tier supplemental insurance products and services.

Key responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, setting follow-up appointments, participating in scheduled team meetings, calling on new businesses and referrals, building and maintaining a client base, and submitting sales metrics and activity reports daily.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to leverage their skills and expertise in a challenging and rewarding role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.
