Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Springfield, MO. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, working closely with colleagues in various departments, and managing their pipeline using Salesforce.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of B2B outside sales experience, a valid current driver's license, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Compensation for this position offers a base salary of $60,000 per year, plus commissions, and is a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component.
