Life Insurance Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Life Insurance Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Remote Life Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for expanding our book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients via zoom. This position is fully remote and it is a 100% commission sales position in the first year only. Our agents earn Residual income starting year 2.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Presenting and selling insurance policies to new and existing clients via zoom
- Developing and calculating suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Specializing in mortgage protection, final expense, college education, paycheck protection etc
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving client inquiries and complaints
- Expanding business reach through networking techniques
- Staying up-to-date with insurance standards and regulations
- Identifying areas of improvement and attending ongoing training sessions
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with clients. Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related HR fields is a plus.
