Job Title: Digital Sales Planner

At NBCUniversal, we're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Sales Planner to join our team. As a Digital Sales Planner, you will be responsible for building digital media plans and supporting the sales team in managing agency/client relationships and sales processes to achieve company revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to understand agency/client goals and objectives and develop strategic solutions
  • Accountable for campaign results and provide clients with guidance to achieve online marketing objectives
  • Utilize data analytics and client feedback to configure, operate, and optimize campaigns to meet client objectives
  • Work with internal departments to develop and implement client campaigns
  • Create media plans that meet customer needs and maximize revenue for NBCUniversal
  • Work closely with Planning Managers to drive company-wide goals and improve operational sales processes
  • Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Liaise with Ad Ops to ensure campaigns go live as expected
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure campaign performance and coordinate escalations or resolutions with sales/client
  • Coordinate post-campaign research studies, where applicable
  • Deliver campaign recaps to AEs and/or clients summarizing performance
  • Develop renewal strategies with Account Executives based on client/program insights
Requirements:
  • Four-year degree (B.A., B.S) or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of online experience in media planning or client service role
  • 2+ years of project media related projects
