Digital Sales Planner

At NBCUniversal, we're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Sales Planner to join our team. As a Digital Sales Planner, you will be responsible for building digital media plans and supporting the sales team in managing agency/client relationships and sales processes to achieve company revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Account Executives to understand agency/client goals and objectives and develop strategic solutions
- Accountable for campaign results and provide clients with guidance to achieve online marketing objectives
- Utilize data analytics and client feedback to configure, operate, and optimize campaigns to meet client objectives
- Work with internal departments to develop and implement client campaigns
- Create media plans that meet customer needs and maximize revenue for NBCUniversal
- Work closely with Planning Managers to drive company-wide goals and improve operational sales processes
- Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Liaise with Ad Ops to ensure campaigns go live as expected
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure campaign performance and coordinate escalations or resolutions with sales/client
- Coordinate post-campaign research studies, where applicable
- Deliver campaign recaps to AEs and/or clients summarizing performance
- Develop renewal strategies with Account Executives based on client/program insights
- Four-year degree (B.A., B.S) or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of online experience in media planning or client service role
- 2+ years of project media related projects
