About the Role

iHeartMedia is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Digital Video team in New York. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team in achieving their goals and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and manage sales data into our systems, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Schedule Management: Maintain and update sales schedules, including follow-up with agencies and clients to ensure seamless execution.
  • Deal Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor sales deals to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, and schedule accuracy is maintained.
  • Deliverables Distribution: Timely distribute advertiser deliverables, ensuring all materials are received and reviewed.
  • Product and Brand Allocation: Ensure timely completion of product and brand allocations, meeting client expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team in weekly meetings, maintaining account status reports, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Agency Relationship Management: Support and enhance agency relationships by monitoring all requests and communicating effectively.
  • Traffic and Tag Issues: Communicate daily with the team to resolve any traffic or tag issues.
  • Discrepancy Reconciliation: Reconcile discrepancies and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Billing and Accounts Receivable: Work closely with billing to reconcile and clear invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and issue invoice adjustments.
  • Planner Support: Support the planner team to ensure all account needs and tasks are completed.
Requirements
  • Education: College degree required.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, determination, and drive to develop your career.
  • Additional Qualifications: Google Suite of Products, including Data Studio, Analytics, and DV; strong analytical skills; superior customer service skills; proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment; flexibility with hours; and strong communication skills.
