Key Responsibilities- Data Entry: Enter data into a database system and Excel spreadsheets with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service over the phone, responding to inquiries, and documenting conversations.
- Document Management: Print, scan, and file documents in a timely and organized manner.
- Record Review: Review and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Administrative department, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: One year of experience in a data entry or administrative role.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and excellent communication skills.
- Compensation: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour.
