About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, messaging, and implementation for our Contact Center offerings. This role is integral to our vibrant, remote team, collaborating with dedicated professionals across product management, marketing, sales, and customer success to promote the adoption of Invoca's solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit, along with a proven history of effectively marketing SaaS and AI solutions tailored for Contact Centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth initiatives for Invoca's Contact Center solutions, focusing on customer acquisition and upselling strategies.
  • Lead the launch of new products by collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and execute detailed go-to-market plans and materials.
  • Craft compelling and distinct messaging and positioning statements to generate interest and drive the adoption of Invoca's offerings.
  • Engage with Contact Center clients to gain insights into their needs and purchasing behaviors, ensuring they achieve optimal ROI and value from Invoca.
  • Serve as the customer advocate within Invoca, collaborating with product management to develop unique product roadmaps.
  • Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, formulating competitive positioning for Invoca's Contact Center solutions.
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create content that supports demand generation and sales processes, including presentations, sales materials, playbooks, videos, blogs, and webinars.
  • Provide impactful training for Invoca's GTM organization to support product launches and capitalize on market trends.
  • Enhance Invoca's market presence by participating in relevant trade shows and events, engaging with analysts and media, and assisting in customer interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive product marketing experience in the SaaS sector, specifically targeting the Contact Center industry.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI applications within Contact Centers.
  • Expertise in the go-to-market process, including pricing, packaging, and the management of critical customer-facing feature releases.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategy and vision while leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient analytical and quantitative skills, capable of utilizing data to support decisions and drive actions.
  • Strategic thinker with a methodical execution approach.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment that values continuous innovation.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and a willingness to take initiative to achieve goals.
Compensation and Benefits:

Invoca offers a comprehensive benefits package that begins on the first day of the month following one month of employment, including:

This position is remote and available to candidates located in the United States and Canada. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
