Job Summary:

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Resource Manager to support a large enterprise IT contract. As a key member of the Program Management Office (PMO), you will work closely with the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Operations Manager to ensure the successful execution of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate program meetings, track action items, and disseminate follow-up actions to ensure completion.

Serve as a contributor to the PMO, interfacing with all program levels and functional disciplines to include finance, contracts, subcontracts, Talent Acquisition (TA), HR, and security.

Support the documentation of customer onboarding requirements at CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Create and distribute weekly and monthly metrics and reports.

Maintain and archive documentation.

Track contract deliverables.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of prior relevant experience, or High School Diploma with 10 years of related experience.

Strong analysis, planning, organization, and consensus-building ability with effective resolution and relationship-management skills.

Ability to actively participate in and lead meetings with Talent Acquisition, Security, Subcontracts, and Program personnel to brief the status of the candidates that are in process and/or under review.

Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task, self-assign work, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Clearance Requirement:

Due to the nature of the government contracts we support, US Citizenship is required. TS/SCI with Poly required for Position or TS/SCI and willingness to obtain a polygraph.
