Inside Sales Representative

We are currently hiring an experienced Inside Sales Representative to support one of our top producing Outside Sales Reps within our Fuel division at Reeder Distributors, Inc.

The successful candidate will be client-focused, high-energy, self-motivated, and extremely organized with excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring existing customer fuel levels and placing orders accordingly.
  • Providing excellent customer service by acting as the day-to-day contact as directed by supervisor.
  • Focusing on anticipating customer needs, resolving customer issues, and maximizing mutual value toward goals.
  • Assessing competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Developing sales opportunities with outside sales rep by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
  • Partnering with supervisor to prioritize accounts and qualify prospective customers by analyzing potential profitability and success probability.
  • Coordinating internal resources to identify growth opportunities and strengthen customer relationships continually.
  • Entering, updating, and maintaining CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workload

  • Fuel or oil industry experience a plus
