Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, and policy changes.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow our business, develop leads, and market appropriate products and services to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on insurance products and services, educating customers on their options and making recommendations based on their needs.
Requirements
  • Experience: Sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales representative role, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, ability to effectively relate to customers, and a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
  • Licenses: Property & Casualty license and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
