Key Responsibilities
- Growth and Development
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the indirect sales channel and OEM sales in the East Coast region.
- Identify and evaluate new distributors to achieve sales goals.
- Channel Management
- Manage and support existing distributors to ensure they meet sales objectives.
- Provide training and support to distributors to increase competency in Ruhrpumpen products and processes.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.
