Overview

Ruhrpumpen, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Distribution Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of our distribution channel in the East Coast region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth and Development
    • Develop and implement strategies to grow the indirect sales channel and OEM sales in the East Coast region.
    • Identify and evaluate new distributors to achieve sales goals.
  • Channel Management
    • Manage and support existing distributors to ensure they meet sales objectives.
    • Provide training and support to distributors to increase competency in Ruhrpumpen products and processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, distribution, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
