About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our digital engineering team, you will play a critical role in shaping the development and upgrades of systems across multiple defense, civilian, and space domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer IT Enterprises with digital engineering tools, including Cameo Systems Modeler, IBM DOORS, Jama Connect, ModelCenter, TeamCenter, MATLAB, STK, CATIA, and Solidworks.
  • Lead digital engineering and systems integration activities, including digital engineering tool integrations.
  • Analyze IT systems and applications against SRG and STIG requirements.
  • Accreditate and obtain Authority to Operate (ATO) for IT systems.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain applications, and optimize existing applications.
  • Experience with operating systems, databases, and cloud services, including AWS.
  • Experience with networking and cybersecurity, such as Security+.
  • Secret clearance.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience administering IT Enterprises with digital engineering tools.
  • 3+ years of experience with IT engineering and systems integration, including digital engineering tool integrations.
  • Experience analyzing IT systems and applications against SRG and STIG requirements.
  • Experience with IT systems accreditation and Authority to Operate (ATO).
  • Experience building, deploying, and maintaining applications and optimizing existing applications.
  • Experience with operating systems, databases, and cloud services, including AWS.
  • Experience with networking and cybersecurity, such as Security+.
  • Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with requirements and architecture development across the systems development life cycle.
  • Experience performing analysis studies in a modeling and simulation environment.
  • Experience with supporting aerospace systems engineering activities.
  • Experience with modeling languages, such as UML or SysML.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • OMG Certified Systems Modelling Professional (OCSMP) Certification.
  • INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, such as CSEP or ASEP.
  • Master's degree in Engineering.

Salary at Booz Allen Hamilton is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137, annualized USD.
