The Senior Systems Architect plays a crucial role in conducting comprehensive systems analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of complex applications that necessitate a deep understanding of both administrative and technical competencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and engage in all stages of system development, with a focus on planning, analysis, evaluation, integration, testing, and acceptance phases.
  • Utilize advanced business or technical principles and methodologies to resolve challenging technical issues and develop automated engineering solutions.
  • Create and compile technical reports and associated documentation, including charts and graphs to illustrate findings.
  • Prepare and present briefings and presentations as required by project specifications.
  • May assume the role of Task Leader, ensuring the quality of services provided for specific tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in secure information environments.
  • DoD /8140-M IASAE III certification.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with ICD 503 and the federal assessment and authorization process.
  • Understanding of networks, computer hardware, system protocols, and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) technology.
  • Experience with system methodologies, including client/server architectures, web hosting, and various server types.
  • Proficiency in integrating COTS and Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) products.
  • Background in technical project management.
