About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced C-Suite Account Executive to join our Membership Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for introducing The Wall Street Journal C-Suite membership portfolio to the world's most influential business leaders. You will communicate directly with them and their teams, building a pipeline through successful outbound calls, email communications, and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
* Build relationships with C-level executives and their teams to understand their business objectives and needs
* Position C-Suite memberships as a critical tool to support their roles and advance their business goals
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive and convey the value of C-Suite memberships

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in new business sales, with a focus on C-level prospects and conferences/memberships
* College degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or a business discipline
* Strong understanding of how to work with different people and working styles across the organization and inside member companies
* Experience prioritizing sales opportunities based on deadlines
* Ability to work collaboratively and in a congenial, professional manner

Pay Range: $105,000 - $130,000

The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.

Pay-for-performance is a key element in our strategy to attract, engage, and motivate talented people to do their best work. Similarly to salary, for bonus eligible roles, targets are set based on a variety of factors including competitive market practice.
