Role Overview: Accounting Manager
Centage is in search of a dedicated and driven Accounting Manager to join our expanding B2B SaaS organization, focused on delivering innovative financial technology solutions to the mid-market sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage comprehensive accounting functions, including financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger management, treasury operations, and tax compliance.
- Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of internal controls over financial reporting.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure their accuracy and completeness.
- Evaluate existing policies, systems, and procedures, providing recommendations for enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to all tax regulations and timely submission of necessary filings.
- Research and address technical accounting issues as they arise.
- Supervise general ledger accounting activities.
- Support audit requests as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA designation preferred.
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on achieving results.
- Proficiency in Netsuite is required; experience with other financial systems such as Salesforce and Avalara is a plus.
- Knowledge of GAAP for financial statement reporting.
- Experience in the software industry is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Google Suite is advantageous.
