Job Responsibilities
- Manage the End-to-End Accounts Payable Process: Ensure the smooth and efficient processing of all accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Vendors: Resolve any discrepancies and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Prepare reports on accounts payable activities and maintain accurate records.
- Enter Accounts Payable Invoices: Enter invoices into the system and ensure timely payment.
- Organize and Review Credit Card Expense Reports: Organize, review, and manage monthly credit card expense reports and enter them into the system for payment.
- Scan and Enter Documentation: Scan and enter documentation, including invoices and receipts, into the Accounts Payable module.
- Assist with 1099 Forms: Assist with the preparation of 1099 forms to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
- Accounting Principles: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Accounting Software: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
