Overview:
Solugenix Corp is collaborating with a prominent investment management firm in search of a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role is a 6-month contract based in San Antonio, TX (Onsite).
Role Responsibilities:
- Independently manage standardized and recurring assignments while collaborating with senior staff on more complex projects and analyses.
- Responsibilities may vary across different Capability Centers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- A degree in Accounting or a related field is mandatory.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the ability to apply these principles effectively.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
- Strong judgment skills for resolving routine issues.
- Proactive in identifying errors or issues for management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in moderately complex scenarios.
- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Generate precise invoices and billing schedules, and process incoming payments and related transactions.
- Perform and review schedules, transaction postings, or reconciliations completed by colleagues for accuracy and completeness.
- Upload and manage billing and payment files within corporate financial systems.
- Compile standard and ad hoc reports for review by associates and management, adhering to accounting standards and regulations.
- Identify and suggest process enhancements as necessary.
Compensation:
Pay range for specific states: $48/hour to $48/hour. The starting pay rate may vary based on factors such as position, location, education, training, and experience.
